I ran into this problem some years ago, when I attempted to paste a
quote from a book into an e-mail to my mom. I copied the quote from K1000,
and pasted it into Outlook Express. When my mom got the e-mail, she thought
I had forgotten to past in the quote. I was totally puzzled, since I could
read the text with my screen reader.

My kids figured out the problem, and we were able to change the way text
is displayed in K1k. Just to be sure, I check with someone, when I paste
text into an Outlook Express message, to make certain it is visible.
