stupid me; I just finished a book and because it's been accepted I
trashed the file; now I've started the second book and I can't
remember: I know if the chapter titles are words they should be
written thusly " Chapter and then the number word; what I can't
remember is if the number word should be all caps if it's that way in the
book or it can be lower case or should be title case, i.e. One thanks
for our help smile i.e. Chapter ONE Chapter one Chapter One
