Mike: In the comments field of the book, it stated that the book had been rejected & that admin felt it was complete, & therefore wondered why it had been rejected. I downloaded it to see what I could find, but couldn't quite cope w/the content. So, it was not a resubmission but admin kicking it back because they were unclear as to the reason for rejecting it. Just curious--did u state your reasons for rejection in the comments field?
