The title's accurate (partially) but the author could
be Laurie Jacobson. Apparently the whole title and
author are "Timmy's in the Well: The Jon Provost
Story" by Laurie Jacobson and Jon Provost

Apparently it's a biography/autobiography of
Provost, the boy star Timmy of the Lassie tv series,
written by him and his wife. The reader reviews on
Amazon give it five stars and rate it Excellent,
though some would have liked more about his Lassie
experiences.
