[bksvol-discuss] blank lines at top and bottom of pages

Although I now put all page numbers at the top of the
page, with a blank line both before and after, on
those rare occasions when I had page numbers at the
bottom, I also put a blank line before and after them,
and I still put a blank line after the text before the
page break. Is this something I should not be doing?
