I am guessing it's an image. I put on the scanned page [blank page/image] at
least for now. The book is called "The Little House Cookbook" by Barbra M.
Walker if anybody can take a look.

If you are certain that it has text on it it would really be good if you
could find out what the text is. It might have an illustration though. In
that case you should place a note in brackets that an illustration or
photograph is on the page. If it turns out that the text is a caption for an

illustration you should find out what the caption reads and place that in
brackets with the note that it is a caption. If there is no way you can
determine what the caption reads then you should still note that the
illustration is there. If it turns out to be a blank page then note that it
is a blank page in brackets. Do not just skip the page though. That will
mess up the pagination. If you have no sighted help at all and you cannot
determine what is on the page at all then perhaps someone here can get the
book from a library and look for you.
