Back in April I proofread the book "Flipped" by Wendelin Van Draanen that
Jamie Yates had scanned. I may be a little behind the times, but Valerie and
I just saw on television where Rob Reiner has made the book into a movie
that came out the first of this month.

Even though the book is about two kids who live across the street from each
other with the girl having a crush on the boy and, of course, the boy
thinking the girl is yucky, it was a great book to read for me as an adult.
I loved every minute of proofreading this book because it is a wonderful
story. You will have to either check out the book or see the movie to see
how it ends. (I recommend reading the book, because it seems like the movies
never are as good as the books.)

Our original copy submitted to Bookshare was replaced by a PQ version just
last month. Either way, I definitely recommend this book for adults as well
as teenagers. A great read...
