Hi Patti,
What ocr software do you use for scanning? If you have K1000, you can set the
program so that it warns you if the confidence level for a given page falls
below a threshhold which you have established. Its not
foolproof. If you set it too high, you will get a few false positives. But it
is a tool you can use to help you identify problem pages as soon as they are
scanned and recognized, enabling you to stop the process and
check just those pages which you are warned about. Of course, if you use the
method of scanning to a whole bunch of images firsst and then recognizing the
batch, then this suggestion won't help.
