Hi Kim,
One other thing to do on top of what everyone has already suggested it
to clear (or empty) the cache in Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer
will look to the cache first to load a page. You may have a corrupted
copy of the website pages stored in the cache. Emptying the cache
will force Internet Explorer to go out and load in a fresh copy of the
current webpage.
