Hi everyone, Like Cindy, I am usually working on several books at a time. I also will usually ask if it is something that needs done quickly. I take on projects that need more work than usual as well. I have no problem doing so but if it becomes a case that people are receiving email after email questioning the time on such projects, I can see people being more hesitant to take on the more difficult proofing projects. I have no problem giving attention to a book someone is waiting to read and getting it out quickly either. Perhaps one could simply add a "need quick turnaround" on something like that if they are not putting a hold for a particular proofer. Then we would know if that was the case when checking it out.
