Hmmm. Actions speak louder than words. If they
disappear from the download list, then (1) the list
will become appreciably smaller and (2) people won't
be tempted to spend a lot of time fixing them, because
they won't be there to fix. Such people will then be
forced to spend their time validating other things.

The question of txt submissions and hard page breaks
still exists, though, because there are other books
that are txt. The two I've already validated are in
the collection (Delusions of Grandma and A Woman
Betrayed). I wasn't able to put hard page breaks in. I
just spaced between the pages and put the page numbers
there, and I think, but I'm not sure, that maybe Word
put in its own breaks in the wrong places -- though
that may have been in the Dark Is Rising series or The
Lion,the Witch and the Wardrobe. I think I outwitted
Word by changing the font size.
