Cindy,

I have encouraged
Ernie to go ahead and work on it. Sometimes those longer books may never be
scanned again. Like our work on the Carnegie book we did:) IT turned out to
be a good read in the end.

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Norton anthology.

Please don't give up on it, Ernie. Maybe we can work
together. I don't scan big books any more, but I'm
happy to scan missing pages, validate them, and send
them to you. But I don't have the patience to take a
book like the Norton anthology to validate, though I
have done long fiction books.I'll get the right
edition of volume one on Saturday. (The library's
closed on Friday for Cesar Chavez day. The Los Angeles
libraries were closed last Monday for the same reason.
It seems to be a movable feast day--smile).

Volume 2 begins with Tartuffe. On second thought, go
ahead and reject. I tink a play is going to be hard to
validate, given the fact that bookshare seems to erase
tabs. However, I'll pick up volume one in case you
change yor mind
