I can request the book, but it will be from San Diego,
and I'm not sure if we'll be going down the end of the
week of the 13th or not to pick it up. That's the LP
copy. I can get a different edition, the non-LP copy
possibly sooner, and can provide you the missing text
from it, but you'll have to figure out the page breaks
yourself. I've done it before by counting lines on
pages that I have and then counting lines on pages
I've put in and putting in the break after the same
number of lines.

If you are willing to wait, I'll request the San Diego
book. If you want to do it the other way, I'll request
the L.A. book.
