Probably want to send a note to Gustavo. Sometimes things end up on the download page again by accident.

Admin charmers,

What's up with this book? The comments are very confusing. It was
submitted in 2003 by Indiana University, and published by Gustavo in 2004,
then back on the download page with no explanation, then rejected by
someone with the comment "Indiana book", then back on the download page,
where it's bounced around from one person to another for quite some time.
Why can't it get through the process? Should I work on it, or reject it
out-of-hand? Is there something fundamentally wrong with books submitted
by Indiana University? Please explain.
Tracy
