It's where for some reason Word breaks the line after a while. I.e. I get 3
or 4 lines that turn out and then... 3 or 4 words on a line. It happens when
I use copy/paste in JAWS from IE8.

If you mean three or four words on a line consistently I don't know what the

problem is, but if you mean three or four words on an occasional line that 
sounds like the last line of a paragraph and it should be left as is.
