Dear Cindy,

The Group in Texas is a very worthwhile charity. I got my first computer from them and it worked for me for a year and a half, until I was so hooked I wanted to upgrade everything. This original PC is still sitting in my computer room. On my list of things to do tomorrow, I'm adding, Call Texas, to see if they can use it. If not, it's time for me to donate it somewhere else. I have a working printer if anyone needs one. It doesn't scan, but is easy to use.

Always With Love,

Lissi

I suppose this is, to use an old phrase, like sending
coals to Newcastle (I must assume that Newcastle
provided most of the coal for England decades ago),
since if you're reading this you obviously already
have a computer. But I thought perhaps the information
would be useful to some of your students, those of you
who have students, or maybe even to some of you who
have old computers sitting around that you're not
using. Anyway, I thought I'd forward this, sent by
A.F.

Cindy
