Stacey,
Under "My checked out books", does this book still show up and with all
three tabs: check-in, release, reject? If so, I think that you have run into a
glitch that has been showing up. I have gone through all the steps to have it
"time-out" or something and have to start the process over again. You should
be able to see a message at the top of the white area, I believe, that states
that it has completed.
