I scanned the book and have it here somewhere, but I didn't pack very efficiently when I moved a month ago so I haven't found it yet. I don't remember for sure for that book, but if a book has chapter titles in the middle of pages, I put three asterisks at the end of the previous chapter than a blank line, then the chapter title. I don't put asterisks at the end of chapters if the new ones begin at the top of a page. So, if the three asterisks are there, that's a pretty good indication the new chapter should indeed begin in the middle of the page. Now, if I could just find the book to make sure. I really panicked when packing for that move.

I have been working on a book that is almost complete however, I have an issue with Chapter positioning. The book is in Parts broken down into chapters. The chapters sometimes begin within a page and not on a new page. Not sure if this is the correct positioning per the print copy because it is not available on either Amazon Peek or Google Books. Do I move the chapters to the top of a new page or leave as is?book is Dr. Cyclops by Henry Kuttner Thanks. Laura
