If Jim Nuttall will get this book and scan it (it's almost 700 pages and he
scans quickly and has access to MEL like I do), I will get it and validate it.
I suspect it will have parts that will need help. Books about card games always
seem to have sample hands.
The New complete Hoyle, revised : the authoritative guide to the official
rules of all popular games of skill and chance / by Albert H. Morehead, Richard
L. Frey, Geoffrey Mott-Smith.
