Karel,

I didn't install E2K3 yet, but i thought you may want to know what that
error means.
I just finished reading section on Troubleshooting Exchange from
"Exchange 2000 Server 24x7" and came across this helpfull utility called
Error.exe. It is part of the Exchange or has been included with SP2 and
higher. Run it from command prompt "C: error.exe 0x80072030"
and you should get answer or idea of what too look for. That should give
you an idea of what to look for...

Hi all!

I have trouble with e2k3 instalation. I have W2K DC with
Exch2K installed on it. I want to deploy Exch2003 on
another server running Win2003 (also DC, windows 2000
native mode). Forestprep and Domainprep succeed, but setup
itself failed with error "During installation Base-DAV sub-component
failed
with error 0x80072030."

If I install Exch2003 on stand-alone windows 2003 server,
setup succeed, but I am not able to install Exch2003 into
existing Exch2000 organisation. Can anybody help?

Thanx,
Karel Rudisar
