If you can get a hold of " ISA Server and Beyond" By Dr. Thomas Shinder or
the Doc as we call him, it will save you a hell of a lot of searching and
beating your head. It has many ISA and OWA scenarios in it. Page 401
describes publishing owa on the isa server.

Let me research that.
When we got the domain controller computer, it was prebuilt. It wasn't
the SBS solution, it was the the individual packages and the tech told
me that he couldn't get OWA to work on it, he pointed me to a knowledge
base article, however that link is gone.
I believe that for some reason the OWA was on the "outside" of the
firewall and that may be stopping us from using it locally, but that's
just my guess off the top of my head.
