John, I have been using ARCServe 2000 for the past 3 years and it has been running fairly smoothly. I have Exchange 5.5 but am currently upgrading to Windows\Exchange 2003. In this process, I am looking to go to ARCServe v9, but we have determined that this is quite pricey for all of the needed agents. I have also had a hard time restoring our Priv and Pub databases from the ARCServe product. It has a 'decent' interface, but now we are seriously looking to get away from their product. I have been turned to Netvault by Bakbone for backup/restore software. I have only heard good things about this product so far.
