No. It may be a part of shlwapi though, I don't remember. For information about strsafe.h you should go here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/en-us/dnsecure/html/strsafe.asp


Yeah, StrStrI is shlwapi. strsafe only deals with functions that store
strings in buffers, since that's where overruns are likely to occur.
