I absolutely agree : geoshell (R4) now has MinGW .mak files ... will that bring
anyone over
to help write plugins? *waiting for the pouring out*

My feelings exactly. I helped out as much as I could when someone (Steven
Edwards)
finally got around to writing the MinGW .mak files for geoshell ... but the
only reason they
didn't exist previously is that noone wanted them bad enough!
