Both C and C++ have been standardized by ANSI, although not that many
compilers fully support the standards. Look at VC for instance. In order
to be backward compatible with MFC some scope rules (particularly for
for-loops) are non-standard. I guess they were just too damn lazy to fix
their MFC sources...
There are a few ISO languages too. The only one I can think of right
now is ISO Pascal, but I'm sure there are several more.
e-sushi: Are you saying that ISO900X isn't a real ISO standard? I'm sure
a lot of people would be somewhat surprised by that statement...
