Your active directory is out of synch. Check the what the config DC is
of the exchange server that is bouncing the mail and ensure that there
are no directory problems on the server and also that the details for
the person are correct there. Alternatively change the config DC and
send the mail again to see if the message is bounced from the same
server,

Ive seen this occur when there has been an incorrect mail address in one
of the groups...
Check the addresses and try again!
