You need to delegate the right rather than assign permissions directly
to the calender. Give the secretary auther rights through the delegates
tab and the permissions will be automatically assigned. There is also an
option there to forward all meeting requests to secretary

Dear Experts,

I'm posting my problem for the second time, Please we need your Help.

Problem Description:

The issue is that I need to share the Manager Personal calendar with his
secretary, so that the secretary could manage his appointments.

I have done the following:

I shared the calendar and gave the necesary permissions to the secretary

when we checked the secretsry outlook, we find a message in the
secretary Inbox which is correct.

but our problem that the message does not contain the "ACCEPT" Tab.

How can I solve this problem
