You will need to configure internet access from your office to accomplish this.
You will find more help next door (www.isaserver.org) than on this list. You
will need to use your Firewall software /proxy server or ISA 2000 to create
rules disallowing access to those sites i.e. hotmail, yahoo, ... It is there
also that you will find info on blocking chat facilities such as MSN messenger
....

Subject: [exchangelist] Webmail and Messenger

http://www.MSExchange.org/

Need help in how to block people on our network of sending e-mail through any
webmail service (hotmail, msn, etc).

Also, I need to block, if it's possible, the send file from the Messenger.

Thanks

Marco
