Timestamps and OWA

Hey guys and gals I have a question that I keep searching for and I seem
to not be finding much on it. I am looking at a time variance of 25min
when a OWA email is sent from my exchange box, but if it is done via
SMTP it is a 1-2 min delay. Can anyone tell me where OWA picks up 23min?
