You can assign the user a fake smtp address (ex. @fakedomain.local) and
set it as the primary address.  You also will need to set their account
so it doesn't automatically update based on the recipient policy.  Once
that's done, you should be able the remove the public smtp address from
the user.

Dear All,

 

Please help me, I have a problem to restrict some of user to send and
received email from outside.

I already try to remove the SMTP address from recepient properties, but
the SMTP can not be removed.

The message is " This is the Primary SMTP email address of recepient, it
can not be removed "

I have E2K server and Windows 2K Server.
