Outlook Express 5 problem

Hi everybody,
One of my users is using outlook express to pop up mail from Exchange
2000, what happen is outlook Express remove or delete all messages that
they older than 3 days and I have no idea where they are going and as
far as I know that Outlook Express doesn't have Auto Achieving and when
I start office it pop up with a messages says couldn't find
C:\temp\detail file and I checked all other machines, non of them have
this file.
Any idea or suggestion!!!
