Monitoring incoming/outgoing mail in E2K

Hello there,
Is there any software (I would love to have freeware) that I can use to monitor
each incoming and outgoing messages in Exchange 2000 server? I could use
inbuilt messaging tracking feature of exchange but it only gives me a short
message header. I want to be able to see the whole message, not only the
header. If anyone has any idea, please help me.
