  Yes, it's normal. Running forestprep and domainprep don't add the necessary 
tabs to ADU&C, but running Exchange Setup and only selecting the ESM component 
is all you need to do and isn't a danger.
  Of course, do you really want to be doing it? Do you really have a need to 
administer anything from the DCs? Shouldn't anyone administering the domain be 
able to do so from their Exchange Servers or from their Workstations? There is 
now a path to install the W2K tools and thence ESM on an XP workstation now.

    So , do you  want to say that I must install Exchange System Manager on the 
DC and there is no other way to resolve this problem ...... ?

      Installing the Exchange System Manager component on the box that you're 
doing administration on will sort it. It's the same as in 5.5 when you 
installed exchange onto a box and created a user account on another box, you 
weren't prompted to create a mailbox.

        Hi All ! I have installed E2k in my domain . It seems all services 
works properly but i don't see Exchange Tasks option in the user's account 
properties ...... I didn't see any mistakes during the installation process 
..... i realy don't know what can I do with this problem ....
