E-mail Journaling - keeping a copy of incoming and outgoing e-mai ls of a single user

Hi,

I am running exchange 5.5 sp4 at winnt 4.0 sp6a.

I want to keep a copy of the all the incoming and outgoing e-mails of one of
my user. One way is enable journaling. 

But I don't know how to enable journaling in general and for a single
mailbox in particular.
