buffer cache > 2GB and sga_max_size > 4GB possible problems?

Hi!
Oracle 9.2.0.4 on AIX 5.2.
I'm thinking of resizing my buffer cache >2GB and max_sga_size > 4GB.=20
Did anyone saw any bugs or problems related to this issue?
