create Data Guard single physical standby from RAC

I've search Metalink as best as I could & did not find any Note which
details the steps to create a single physical standby database where
the Primary instance is a multi-node RAC.
I am more than eager to RTFM, if I could just find the correct FM to read.
If anyone could provide me a clue, I'd greatly appreciate it.
